Saree3 connects you with restaurants and shops in Bu'eine Nujeidat and the surrounding area and delivers to your door. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you control it.

What we collect

• Phone number to sign you in with an SMS code and to contact you about an order.
• Name, optional email, language to identify your order to the store and driver and to show the app in your language.
• Saved delivery addresses (text, a map point, notes, and the recipient's name and phone if you order for someone else) to deliver to the right place.
• Orders: items, store, amounts, payment method, notes, status and your rating, to fulfil the order, show your history, let you reorder, and keep accounts.
• Device location only while you use the app and only with your permission, to find nearby stores and set your address. We store it only if you save it as an address or send it with an order.
• Push token and device name to send order notifications and manage your sessions.
• Technical logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention, kept for a limited time.

We do not use advertising or marketing trackers and we do not sell your data.

Drivers: location while online

When a driver taps "Online", we collect precise location data while they are online, including when the app is closed or not in use. We use it only to offer the nearest deliveries, to show the driver's position to the customer of the order, and to notify the customer on arrival. We keep only the latest position, and we collect nothing once the driver goes offline or signs out. Customers and stores are never asked for background location.

Who we share it with

• The store: your order, name, phone and delivery address, to prepare and hand over the order.
• The driver: your name, phone and delivery address and map point, while delivering your order only.
• Service providers that run the app: hosting and storage (DigitalOcean, servers in Europe), maps and push notifications (Google), SMS delivery (Micropay). They process data on our instructions only. If card payment is enabled, a licensed payment provider handles it and we keep only a secure token and the last four digits.
• Authorities, only when legally required.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account we erase your personal data immediately (see below). Finished-order records are kept as accounting records for the period the law requires (seven years); after you delete your account your identity, address, phone and notes are removed from them and only amounts and items remain.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data in "Edit profile" and the address book, and delete your account entirely inside the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. See the account deletion page. For any other request, contact us.

Security and children

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact
